Minimum order of £120 (Inc VAT). In order to checkout, you must reach the minimum order. Otherwise your shipping address will not be valid and you won't be able to check out.

From receipt of your order and payment in full we aim to dispatch orders within 14 days, stock permitting. Usually this is a lot quicker. We will advise you if there are any delays or items out of stock. if you need your delivery for a particular date, please let us know via email and we will see what we can do. 

Due to stock and packaging requirements, products may be shipped over several days and in more than one package. For example, our wrapping paper comes delivered in a tube.

The products are your responsibility from the time we deliver the products to the address you gave us for delivery. 

If our supply of the products is delayed by an event outside our control then we will contract you to let you know and we will try to minimise the effect of the delay. We will not be liable for delays caused by the event, but if there is a risk of substantial delay you can contact us to receive a refund for any products you have paid for but not received.

For orders with delivery addresses outside of the UK, please note that you will be required to pay import taxes upon delivery of your order.

If you order from our website for delivery outside the UK, they will be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied when the delivery reaches the specified destination. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please note that We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order.

Please also note that you must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country for which the products are destined. We will not be liable for any breach by You of any such laws.

Any damaged products must be notified in an email to hello@okeydokeydesign.com within 5 working days. Please include photographs of any damage or quality concerns to be eligible for a replacement or discount.  It is the customer’s responsibility to check the goods within a reasonable time scale. We will let you know whether to return the faulty merchandise or to dispose of it.

We do not accept returns of unwanted or non-faulty items.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.

Please be aware it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
